Speaker Bio: Dr. Scott C. Bible is a Professor of Practice at The University of Akron in Leadership and HR Management. Dr. Bible recently obtained his doctorate in Business Administration, HR Management in 2024, his master’s degree in industrial & organizational psychology in 2008 and his bachelor’s degree in human resources management in 2005. He currently serves as the College Relations chair for the Akron Area Society for Human Resources Management (AASHRM). Dr. Bible brings a variety of skills to an organization such as leadership development, critical thinking and the use of analytics in decision-making. Before his current position, he worked for 10 years in healthcare where he developed programs for leadership development, change management, and continuous improvement.
